Many of us have had the experience of a family member passing away and either we or someone we are close to has had to deal with what is left behind. Maybe not knowing the deceased’s wishes. Maybe not knowing where assets are. Maybe not knowing who to contact. Maybe having to clean out a house that someone has lived in for 30 or 40 years. Maybe not understanding as the surviving spouse what you have for income coming in. And… and… and… This list could go on and on.
